- I will be giving you girls folders and cheer guides/tips that you can keep.
- Cheer captains, I have a special cheer captain handbook for each of you.
- We will also discuss fun fundraising ideas for new pom poms, cheer ribbons, etc.

Cheer Tips by Coach Frances
- Stretch out and practice cheer splits at home or during your free time. It is supposed to hurt!
- Don't forget to smile when performing! That's why we are called CHEERleaders!
